As an authorized dealer and installer for the most prestigious window and door brands in the world - including Fleetwood, ES Windows, Eurowall, Titoni, Pellegrin, Korus, and Exclusive Wood Doors - we deliver a complete white-glove experience from initial consultation through permitted, inspected installation.

Our projects typically range from $250,000 to $2,000,000+. Our clients are luxury homeowners, custom home builders, high-end general contractors, and architects working on some of South Florida's most prestigious properties.

We are headquartered in Miami and serve clients throughout Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties. We are currently expanding and adding a dedicated sales professional to the Florida team.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a driven, relationship-focused Sales Manager to own our pre-contract sales process across Miami and Broward. This is a high-earning opportunity for someone who already has established relationships in the South Florida luxury construction or building materials industry and is ready to leverage them in a focused, well-supported environment.

You will be the primary point of contact for new and prospective clients - from first conversation through signed contract. You will work alongside our estimating team, coordinate proposals, present to clients, and lead negotiations. The owner reviews and signs all final contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:
  • Prospect and develop relationships with luxury residential builders, general contractors, custom home developers, architects, and interior designers in Miami-Dade and Palm Beach countiesBuild and maintain an active pipeline of qualified opportunities.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and association meetings to develop referral relationships
  • Follow up on inbound leads and referrals promptly and professionally.
  • Represent Savocchi at client meetings, job site walkthroughs, and design consultations.

Estimating & Proposals:
  • Coordinate with our estimating team to produce accurate, detailed project quotes.
  • Review all estimates for completeness and accuracy before client presentation.
  • Prepare professional, branded proposals using our internal quoting system.
  • Present proposals to clients in person, on-site, or virtually.
  • Clearly communicate product specifications, lead times, and scope inclusions/exclusions.

Negotiation & Contract Preparation:
  • Lead client-facing negotiation through to agreement.
  • Manage client expectations regarding pricing, lead times (12-14 weeks), and project scope.
  • Prepare contract documentation for owner review and signature.
  • Ensure all contract details - product specs, quantities, terms - are accurate before submission.

Client Relationship Management:
  • Serve as the primary client contact from first meeting through signed contract.
  • Build long-term relationships that generate repeat business and referrals.
  • Communicate professionally and promptly via phone, email, and in person.
  • Coordinate smooth handoff of signed projects to our operations team.

Administrative:
  • Maintain accurate records of all leads, proposals, and client interactions in our CRM.
  • Track pipeline status and report to ownership on a regular basis.
  • Coordinate with our drafter on shop drawing submissions after contract signing.

Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in luxury residential construction, building materials, windows & doors, architectural products, or a closely related field.
  • Established network of contacts in the South Florida luxury construction market - builders, GCs, architects, or developers.
  • Proven track record of closing high-ticket sales ($100,000+) with long sales cycles.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills - comfortable in front of homeowners, executives, and design professionals.
  • Self-motivated and able to manage a pipeline independently without daily supervision.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle - this role requires regular client visits throughout Miami-Dade and Palm Beach counties.
  • Must be based in Miami or Palm Beach area - remote work is not available for this position.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Direct experience selling impact windows, doors, curtain wall, glazing, or related fenestration products.
  • Knowledge of Florida Building Code, Miami-Dade Notice of Acceptance (NOA), and impact rating requirements.
  • Familiarity with reading architectural drawings, elevations, and window/door schedules.
  • Experience working with luxury custom home builders or high-end residential GCs.
  • Bilingual - English and Spanish strongly preferred given the South Florida market.
  • Experience using estimating or project management software.

What We Offer:

Compensation:
  • Base salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year.
  • Commission: 4%-6% of total contract value on all closed deals - uncapped.
  • On-target earnings: $120,000 - $180,000 at expected volume.
  • Top performers earning potential: $200,000+.

Work Environment & Schedule:
  • Full-time, Monday through Friday with occasional Saturday client meetings.
  • Field-based role - expect 3-4 client meetings or site visits per week.
  • Office base: 1195 NW 71st Street, Miami, FL 33150.
  • Some travel within Broward County required (approximately 1-2 days per week).
